As I mentioned yesterday, one of the first things that Elsie and I did back in town was visit some of our favorite flea markets. I was pretty surprised that on our first time back out, I found something pretty amazing. It's called a "Select-A-Rhythm" (yep, catchy and instructional).
There are basically 18 different rhythms to choose from, and an adjustable tempo knob. The main selling point for me was the foot pedal. It has a pedal that starts and stops the beat. This will actually be a key part of any "looping" sets that I do in the future. I will be able to start playing my guitar, trigger the beat, and start the loop all at the same time (hopefully). So at this point, I'm thinking that on the next tour, I will be using guitar, cello, and Select-A-Rhythm.
Thanks for reading,
Jeremy
